A new car for Simon and the YoungCare team!

October 16 - the big day... today we met Brett Curtis & we proudly handed over the new car to Youngcare. We also gave Brett his Team Australia package. Thanks Will Power - you legend! Sadly, this brings our pet rock project to an end. We would like to thank Brett & all the Youngcare team for believing in us. Lastly, we want to thank the people who got involved... especially the media & our crazy pet rock traders. We have anotjher project planned for very early in 2008. See you all then!!!

LATEST NEWS: The $41,000 KIA Grand Carnival Hand Over Ceremony will be next Tuesday, 10.15am, at Youngcare, 117 Jane Street West End, Brisbane. And the amazingly generous private buyer will be there to hand over the keys and talk to the media. Will Power from Team Australia Champ Cars will also be there. See you all Tuesday!

October 7: Our Final Trade: A new KIA Grand Carnival with registration and insurance valued at $41,000. And kindly donated by a Brisbane man who said the Pet Rock Project, and the work of Youngcare, had touched his heart and he wanted to be a part of the project. He has become more than that - he has become the private trader who brought happiness to hundreds of Youngcare families and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts. Hannah and Luke Sinclair.
